- Demolition of various building materials
- Furniture/contents moving and handling

Lead Carpenter
Our Lead Carpenter position is an excellent fit for a carpenter who has 8-10 years of leadership experience in the remodeling industry. We are looking for a skilled remodeling expert who can handle all aspects of the management and production of a project. Our Lead Carpenter will be responsible for managing, overseeing, inspecting, and assisting subs on the job as well as performing hands-on production work ranging from trim carpentry, light electrical or plumbing to painting, and cleaning.
As Lead Carpenter, you will be involved in work including but not limited to:
- Moderate Demolition
- Insulation
- Framing
- Drywall
- Trim
- Cabinetry
- Textures
- Painting
- Flooring

- Windows
- Light mechanicals such as Residential and Commercial Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC

Floor Care Technician
ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with at least 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of floor care. Hours for this position are mainly evenings with some daylight assignments, will also need to be flexible to work on weekends due to the scheduled needs of the business. Candidate’s primary assignments will be floor related, but they will need a strong sense of cleaning skills as well.
Services we offer, but not limited to:
• Carpet cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Hard surface floor care (Scrubbing, buffy, stripping, & refinishing variety of floor surfaces)
• Project cleaning as directed by client needs
Individuals looking to join our team must possess a strong ability to follow direction and have excellent people skills. Candidates must have a valid PA driver’s license, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean criminal background.
